Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
- Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus up to $19,000

Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of our full-service restaurant operations. This role is fully accountable for guest experience, team leadership, financial performance, cleanliness, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is hands-on, hospitality-driven, and capable of leading a high-energy team in a fast-paced, full-service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth execution
- Lead, coach, and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Step in as needed to perform duties of cook, line server, or cashier
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs using sales- and inventory-driven strategies
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Ensure compliance with all corporate, local, and municipal regulations
- Manage all financial controls, cash handling, reporting, and security
- Address and resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and effectively
- Meet or exceed budgeted sales, labor, and profitability goals
- Oversee all administrative functions, scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, and retain top talent
- Build a cohesive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture
- Lead by example with professionalism, energy, and passion for hospitality
- Execute management responsibilities during off-site or special events
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervise all managers and hourly employees during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, labor, and inventory
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and computer proficiency required
- Must meet all applicable state and federal age requirements
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, wiping, and climbing
- Repetitive motions may be required
Work Environment & Schedule
- Minimum commitment of 50 hours per week
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Shifts may range from early mornings to late nights
- Fast-paced, guest-focused full-service restaurant environment
- Work performed in limited spaces and hot kitchen conditions
- Must have reliable transportation and meet administrative driving requirements
- Potential hazards include slips, trips, burns, cuts, and falls
